Herman Litt for City Council At-Large Position 1

Dear Friends,

     Marilyn and I want to thank you so much for your friendship and support throughout my
campaign for Houston City Council. Even though the results are not what we wanted, we are
proud of the campaign we conducted and you were an important part of it.

      In every part of the City you helped introduce me to your friends and neighbors as we
talked about the important issues of this campaign. From making contributions, placing my
campaign sign in your yard, hosting parties, walking neighborhoods and assembling
campaign materials to working the polls on Election Day, you helped me carry on the
campaign in the same manner that I have attempted to serve the public these past many
years in various capacities--with compassion, integrity and responsibility. And I thank you.

     I will continue being involved in various community and civic endeavors and hope to get
some of you involved as well! Thanks again for all your support. Let’s keep in touch.
